Pricing
General labor (handyman work) is billed at a flat fee of $75/hr.
Skilled labor
(plumbing, electrical, tile) is billed at $85/hr.
Materials are extra, at actual cost (we do not mark up material costs).
Hours are prorated
by the quarter hour.
All work is subject to a two-hour minimum
charge. If you're calling us for a quick minor repair,
we encourage you to look around your house for additional projects
to make up the two hours.

Handyman Services provided by Affordable Mr. Fix It, Inc.
Below is a partial list of the services we provide.
Please note that
we have recently downsized and are no longer taking on exterior projects or large-scale
projects such as full kitchen remodeling or adding bathrooms.
Handyman Services:
Handyman for multiple small projects
Repair or replace small kitchen or bath fixtures
Install cabinet door hardware
Install new interior doors
Install storm doors
Repair stuck door (adjust door frame)
Replace or install weather stripping
Replace deadbolt or door knob
Lube door hinges
Adjust strike plates
Fix bi-fold doors or hardware
Lube garage door track & wheels
Repair stuck window
Install child-proofing
Hang window treatments (max A- 4 ft x 6 ft)
Plumbing:
Faucets, fixtures, sinks, garbage disposals
Tile:
Install ceramic and porcelain tile on floors, walls, and countertops
Install glass block walls
Flooring:
Install laminate, ceramic, marble, porcelain, vinyl tiles
Lighting & Minor Electrical Work:
Change receptacle outlet or cover
Change light switch or cover
Replace light fixture (indoors or outdoors)
Install recessed lights, under-cabinet lights
Service Guarantee
Affordable Mr. Fix It, Inc. guarantees the quality and workmanship of
all performed and paid for labor for a period of sixty (60) days.
Our limited warranty covers most labor work, except: mold, mildew, moisture
buildup, indirect water infiltration from other parts of the structure,
and acts of god.
Affordable Mr. Fix It, Inc. cannot be liable for faulty manufactured
materials purchased by either the customer or Affordable Mr. Fix It,
Inc.
